The following inquiry is being made in order to determine if your knowledge and experience are appropriate for the vessel you wish to charter. While we do not expect you to display the knowledge and proficiency of a professional seaman, we are vitally interested in your ability to complete a pleasure-boat voyage in safety and without placing undue risk upon yourself, your crew and the vessel. Please answer each question as completely and informatively as possible. This resume will be attached to and become a part of your charter contract. IF YOU ARE FORCED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION less than 60 days prior to the time of charter, YOUR DEPOSIT, LESS A $125 CANCELLATION FEE IS REFUNDABLE IF, AND ONLY IF, THE YACHT CAN BE REBOOKED FOR THE DATES HAD YOU HAD RESERVED. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS IN THE EVENT YOU ARE FORCED TO CANCEL!
